

Colben
System has signed an agreement on July 2005 to supply power to Cambodian state-owned
utilities, Electricite Du Cambodge, for a period of 10 years. Colben will
design, construct, operate and maintain two power plants, the HFO Power Plant
rated 5MW facility in Sihanoukville, and the other 10MW Plant in Phnom Penh.
The two plants will be operated by a special purpose company, Colben Energy
(Cambodia) Ltd. Both Plants had been completed and start commercial operation
since November 2006.
On October 2006, Colben System signed a Joint Venture
agreement to supply power exclusively to Japan Cambodia Development Corporation
(JCDC) for the latter's development of a Special Economic Zone in Phnom Penh,
Cambodia.
Colben will develop on the Bulid-Own-Operate (BOO) basis, a power plant with
an initial capacity of at least 10MW to cater for the first phrase, 140 Hectares
of the 365 Hectares project
